Surface Mount Bi-Directional Coupler from 0.8 to 6 GHz

The BBTLine Surface Mount Coupler is a four port RF Bi-Directional Coupler that operates from 0.8 GHz to 6 GHz. The coupler can handle over 2 watts of power and has a mean coupling value of 19 dB.  Two different BOM configurations allow the user to select between Directivity options of greater than 20 dB and lower than 20 dB. 40 GHz, Mitered 2.92mm Jack to 2.4mm Jack

The ALS-K8-2.4/8-1.15 from Jyebao is a Mitered 2.92 mm Jack to 2.4 mm Jack right angle adapter that operates up to 40 GHz. It has a VSWR of up to 1.15:1 and is matched to 50 ohms. 40 W GaN Power Amplifier from 20 to 24 GHz

The SSPA 20.0-24.0-40 from Aethercomm is a high power, GaN solid state power amplifier that operates from 20 to 24 GHz. It provides 40 watts of saturated power with a gain of over 46 dB while operating from a 28 Vdc power supply. The SSPA can be turned on and turned off in less than 10 uSec. This broadband SSPA is available in a module (4 x 5 x 2 inches) with SMA female connector as the input interface and WR-42 waveguide as the output interface. The rugged housing is optimized for high shock and vibration environments. DC and logic connections are accessible via feedthrough pins. Other standard features include reverse polarity protection, output short and open circuit protection, and over-temperature shut down. 8 Way Power Divider from 1 to 6 GHz

This 8 Way Power Divider from  Adaura Technologies operates from 1 to 6 GHz. It can handle up to 1 watt of input power and has an insertion loss of less than 12.5 dB. Vector Network Analyzer from 9 kHz to 8.5 GHz with Up to 24 Ports

The NW-PA-11B02A from NuWaves Engineering is a solid state power amplifier that operates from 225 MHz to 2.6 GHz. It delivers an output power of 10 W with a gain of 38.5 dB and has a switching speed of less than 30 microseconds. This amplifier requires a supply voltage from 11 to 32 VDC and consumes under 1.8 A of current. The amplifier is available in a module that measures 2.340 x 1.960 x 0.620 inches with SMA female connectors and is ideal for unmanned aircraft systems, software defined radios and broadband RF telemetry applications. The KB60180M40A from KeyLink Microwave is a multi-octave high power amplifier that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. This GaN amplifier provides a saturated output power of 10 Watts with a gain of 40 dB. It is available in a module that measures 150 x 90 x 25 mm with SMA female connectors and is ideal for for jamming, EMC, test and measurement applications. 0.6 to 6.0 GHz 4xSPST Antenna Tuning Switch

The SKY5-9256-701LF is a 4x SPST switch designed for antenna tuning applications that operate from 600 MHz to 6 GHz. This 16-state antenna aperture tuner has reliable linear operation and extremely low Ron (1.1ohm) and Coff (145fF) to deliver superior antenna performance, allowing system designers to recover the 1.5 to 3 dB gain degradation caused by shrinking antenna sizes. 

The antenna tuning switch provides excellent harmonics throughout the operating range, assisting customers with achieving RSE requirements and passing certification. Switching is controlled by an integrated Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) controller. The SKY5-9256-701LF is available in a compact 10-pin, 1.5 x 1.1 x 0.45 mm QFN package and is ideal for LTE Advanced Pro and the emerging 5G standards. 18 to 46 GHz Double-Balanced Mixer

The MAMX-011054 from MACOM is a double-balanced passive diode mixer with a RF/LO frequency from 18 to 46 GHz and IF frequency from DC to 20 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 6.5 dB, high LO to RF isolation of 35 dB, and an input IP3 of 20 dBm across the bandwidth. The mixer is available is available in a 3 mm, 12-lead AQFN package and is ideal for applications such as test and measurement, microwave radios and radars.
