6-bit GaAs Phase Shifter Die from 8 to 13 GHz

The VRFC0003-BD from Viper RF is a 6-bit GaAs phase shifter die that operates from 8 to 13 GHz and provides 360 degrees of phase coverage with a 5.625 degree phase step. The phase shifter has an insertion loss of 5.7 dB and a RMS phase error of 2.6 degrees (at 3 GHz). The RF ports are DC blocked and matched to 50 Ohm. SPST RF Switch from 0.1 to 40 GHz

The F9016 from Kratos is a reflective SPST switch that operates from 100 MHz to 40 GHz. It provides an isolation of over 50 dB with an insertion loss of under 5 dB and has a switching time of less than 250 nsec. The switch can handle up to 200 mW of CW or pulsed power and requires a supply voltage of -15 to 5 V while consuming less than 60 mA of current. The DTA-30M6G-60-CD-1 from PMI is a 8-Bit programmable PIN diode attenuator that operates from 0.3 to 6 GHz. It has an attenuation range of 60 dB with a step resolution of 0.25 dB. This attenuator provides ultra-fast switching speeds of 50 usec and can handle an input power of upto 20 dBm. It operates on a single 12 VDC supply and draws only 155 mA of current. Active Antenna Module for GNSS Applications

The RADIONOVA M20047-1 from Antenova is an active antenna module for GNSS applications from 1559-1609 MHz. It supports GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO and BeiDou constellations. The antenna module consists of an SMD antenna with built-in active components: an LNA and SAW filter to boost antenna performance in environments where there is a restricted view of the sky or where line-of-sight to the horizon is difficult. SP4T Digital MEMS Switch from DC to 12 GHz

The MM5120 from Menlo Micro is an SP4T MEMS Based Digital-Micro-Switch that operates from DC to 12 GHz. It provides ultra-low insertion loss and superior linearity from DC to 12 GHz, with greater than 3 billion switching cycles guaranteed at elevated temperatures of +85ºC. This switch can handle an average CW power of up to 25 W and a pulsed power of up to 150 W. The SW16AD-21 from Pulsar Microwave is an absorptive SP16T switch that operates from 0.5 to 8 GHz. The switch has an insertion loss of less than 5.5 dB and an isolation of over 60 dB. It can handle up to 200 mW (23 dBm) of power and has a switching time of 100 ns. This switch requires a +/- 5V supply voltage and consumes up to 400 mA of current.
