MEMS OCXO from 1 to 60 MHz

The SiT5711 from SiTime is the industry's smallest Stratum 3E OCXO with a frequency range from 1 to 60 MHz. It has ±5 ppb frequency stability and 50 ppt/°C frequency slope. In addition to the 9 x 7 mm package (the smallest OCXO available), this device is also available in common OCXO footprints such as 25 x 22 mm, 20 x 13 mm, and 14 x 9 mm to enable drop-in replacement of legacy quartz OCXOs. The BPC2425M9X2S250-1 from Ampleon is a 250 Watt LDMOS Transistor designed for high power continuous wave (CW) industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) applications from 2,400 MHz to 2,500 MHz. When operating from a 32 VDC supply, the module has a peak output of 290 Watts (CW), 300 Watt (pulsed) and an efficiency of 59% (CW), 61% (pulsed) and a gain of 31 dB. The OCXO2526C series of OCXOs from Dynamic Engineers operate from 30 to 300 MHz by using an internal frequency multiplication of 3x or 5x. These SMD OCXOs have a phase noise of -135 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and a stability of ±3 ppb over a temperature range from -40 to 85°C. They require a supply voltage of 3.3/5/12 V and provide an HCMOS, TTL or sinewave waveform output. The OCXO's are available in a 25.8 x 25.8 x 12.7 mm surface mount package and are ideal for cellular base stations, radar reference, stratum 3E clock systems and microwave applications.
