Quad-Band GNSS Module for IoT Applications

The MC90 from Quectel is a quad-band GSM/GPRS/GNSS/Wi-Fi module that supports hybrid positioning technologies including GNSS, Cell ID and Wi-Fi aided positioning. This module is based on MTK's MT2503 platform and supports dual SIM single standby function. It integrates a multi-GNSS system, including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS. The GLP (GNSS Low Power) power saving mode ensures great positioning accuracy with ultra-low power consumption of less than 1.2 mA. A built-in LNA provides the module with improved RF sensitivity and exceptional acquisition/tracking performances even in weak signal areas. Dual-Band 802.11ac Front-End Module

The SKY85812-11 is a highly integrated, WiFi Dual-Band 802.11ac front-end module (FEM). It has integrated 5 GHz single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch, low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass, and 2.4 GHz SP3T switch with Bluetooth port and LNA with bypass. The SKY85812-11 also has a 2 GHz LTE coexistence filter and diplexer. The enable/disable function allows power savings during OFF mode. 125 W RF Power GaN Transistor from 30 to 2200 MHz

The MMRF5017HS from NXP is a RF Power GaN Transistor that operates from 30 to 2200 MHz. It provides an output power of 125 W with an efficiency of 59.1% while operating over a 50 V supply. The RFPSHT0618N6 from RF-Lambda is a 6-Bit Digital Phase Shifter that operates from 6 to 19 GHz. This phase shifter offers a total phase shift range of 360° and has a low insertion loss of under 12 dB. It can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm and has a VSWR of under 3.0:1. USB Controlled Digital Attenuator from 10 MHz to 6 GHz

The DAT64 from DS Instruments is a digital programmable RF attenuator that operates from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. This USB-controlled step attenuator has an attenuation range of 0 to 63 dB with 0.5 dB steps. The attenuator has a low insertion loss and can handle an input power of up to 25 dBm. It has a simple virtual COM port which accepts serial commands, making it easier to interface with almost any Operating System and scripting environment. 868 MHz Long Range (LoRa) Radio Module

The AMB8826 from Wurth Elektronik is an 868 MHz Long Range (LoRa) Radio Module that supports three operating modes - Long Range mode, Flooding Mesh-Net, as well as a ready-to-go configuration. The module is based on the TI CC1310 System on Chip with a sub-GHz transceiver and has a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 CPU, 64 kB flash memory and an integrated PCB antenna. It is an ultra low power radio module with a power consumption of only 17mA @ 10 dBm and has a receive sensitivity of -124 dBm. In the long range mode, it provides a link budget of 138 dB, with a range of up to 10 km. This mode of operation is particularly suited for transmission of small data packets, such as those of wide sensor networks. Reflective, SP6T PIN Diode Switch from 0.5 to 18 GHz

The SS162DHTS from L3 Narda-MITEQ is a Reflective, SP6T PIN Diode Switch that operates from 0.5 to 18 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 3.6 dB with an isolation of over 60 dB and a switching speed of under 20 ns. The switch can handle an input power of up to 200 mW.

This gold plated switch has removable SMA connectors for use in drop-in applications and is ideal for EW systems, automatic test equipment and simulators. DC to 6 GHz Real-time Spectrum Analyzers

The RSA5000 from RIGOL is a Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer. It is available in two frequency configurations 9 kHz to 3.2 GHz and 9 kHz to 6.5 GHz. Radio Test Set from 100 kHz to 3 GHz

The R&S CMA180 is a radio test set from R&S that operates from 100 kHz to 3 GHz with a bandwidth of 20 MHz. The test set is equipped with a high-performance RF generator, RF analyzer, AF generator and AF analyzer and features advanced interfaces.
