Compact Cellular Module for W-CDMA(UMTS) & GPRS/EDGE

The LISA-U2 modules from u-blox provide worldwide coverage with 6-band W-CDMA (UMTS) and quad-band GPRS/EDGE support. They have HSDPA data-rates of up to 21.1 Mb/s (downlink), and HSUPA of up to 5.76 Mb/s (uplink). These modules provide fully integrated access to u-blox positioning products and migration from u-blox SARA, LEON, and other LISA modules is simple.
Antenna diversity permits these modules to provide high data speeds. 100 Watt X-band MMIC Amplifier from 7.9 to 11 GHz

The TGM2635–CP from Qorvo is a X-band MMIC amplifier that operates from 7.9 to 11 GHz. It delivers an output power of 100 Watts with a power gain of over 22.5 dB and a PAE of more than 35%. This amplifier requires a supply volatge of 28 Volts and consumes 1.3 Amps of current. It is available in a 10-lead 19.05 x 19.05 mm bolt-down package with a pure Cu base for superior thermal management. Both RF ports (RF input internally DC blocked) are matched to 50 ohms allowing for simple system integration. MCX Straight PCB Jack Connector up to 6 GHz

The 919-382J-51P from Amphenol RF is a MCX straight PCB jack, through hole connector that operates up to 6 GHz.
It is efficiently manufactured from machined brass, and plated gold or tin for solderability. Center contacts are made from beryllium copper, and are gold plated. This connector has a push-on coupling mechanism and has a mating capability of 500 cycles. It can operate over a wide temperature range from -65 to 165 degrees celcius. Dual-band Wi-Fi Antenna Ideal for Wearables

The SR42W009 from Antenova is a dual-band antenna manufactured from FR4 materials operating in both Wi-Fi bands, 2.4 to 2.5 GHz and 5.17 to 5.84 GHz. Automotive Dead Reckoning Module Including 3D sensors

The NEO-M8L Automotive Dead Reckoning (ADR) module from u-blox includes integrated motion, direction and elevation sensors. The module integrates gyro and accelerometer with the u-blox M8 GNSS platform to achieve a high performance indoor/outdoor positioning solution for all road vehicle and high-accuracy navigation applications.

These modules are ideal solution where navigation performance is the priority, regardless of GNSS signal quality or availability. Accident reconstruction systems can provide the location of an accident to facilitate insurance claims even if a collision occurs in a tunnel or park house. High-end navigation devices are able to guide drivers through tunnels of several kilometers with u-blox’ ADR system. Stolen vehicles can be located instantly due to continuous monitoring of sensor data and storage of location in non-volatile memory.

50 W RF Power GaN Transistor from 2496 to 2690 MHz

The A2G26H281-04S from NXP Semiconductors is asymmetrical Doherty RF power GaN transistor that operates from 2496 to 2690 MHz. It delivers an output power of 50 Watts with a gain of 15.3 dB and drain efficiency of 57%. This transistor requires a supply voltage of 48 Volts DC and consumes 150 mA of current. High Performance, Low Cost Antenna-Grade Laminate

The RO4700 laminates from Rogers Corporation are antenna-grade laminates, fully compatible with conventional FR-4 and high temperature lead-free solder processing and do not require the special treatment needed on traditional PTFE-based laminates for plated through hole preparation. These laminates have a dielectric constant (Dk) of 2.55 and 3.0 and a loss tangent (Df) of 0.0022 measured at 2.5 GHz. They have low insertion loss and low PIM performance, with values better than -160 dBc.

The resin systems of the dielectric material used in this laminate provides the properties necessary for ideal antenna performance. The coefficients of thermal expansion (CTEs) in both the X and Y directions are similar to that of copper. The good CTE match reduces stresses in the printed circuit board antenna. The typical glass transition temperature of these materials exceeds 280°C (536°F), leading to a low Z-axis CTE and excellent plated through hole reliability. 30 Watt, 4-Way Power Divider from 250 to 6000 MHz

The ZN4PD1-63HP+ from Mini Circuits is a 4 way power divider which operates from 250 to 6000 MHz. It can handle up to 30 W of power, has an insertion loss of 1 dB and an isolation of up to 24 dB. 4.3 GHz Dual Differential Amplifier

The ADL5567 is a high performance, dual differential amplifier that operates up to 4.3 GHz. This amplifier offers a low noise of 1.29 nV/vHz and excellent distortion performance. It provides a gain of 20 dB and for the single-ended input configuration, the gain is reduced to 18 dB.

Using two external series resistors for each amplifier expands the gain flexibility of the amplifier and allows for any gain selection from 0 dB to 20 dB for a differential input and 0 dB to 18 dB for a single-ended input. This device maintains low distortion down to output common-mode levels of 1.25 V, and provides an added capability for driving CMOS ADCs at ac levels up to 2 V p-p. It has a quiescent current of typically 74 mA per amplifier in high performance mode using a 5 V supply. When disabled, each amplifier consumes only 3.5 mA, and has 58 dB input to output isolation at 100 MHz.

The dual differential amplifier is optimized for wideband, low distortion, and low noise operation, giving it unprecedented performance for overall spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR). It is available in a compact 4 mm × 4 mm, 24-lead LFCSP package and is ideally suited for use in differential ADC drivers, SAW filter interfacing and RF/IF gain blocks. 217.5 MHz / 221 MHz Cavity Duplexer

The AE217-221DB5400 from Anatech is a cavity duplexer with pass band frequencies from 217 to 218 MHz and 220 to 222 MHz. It has an isolation of more than 80 dB, an insertion loss of under 2 dB and a return loss of over 14 dB. The duplexer can handle up to 50 W of  power and has a VSWR of 1.5:1. The LTC6433-15 from Linear Technology is a gain-block amplifier that operates from DC to 1.4 GHz. It delivers a gain of 15.9 dB with a P1dB of 19.2 dBm and has a noise figure of 3.22 dB at 150 MHz. The amplifier is internally matched to 50 ohms at the input and output, requiring a minimum of external components. It requires a 5V supply and draws only 95mA of current. The amplifier is available in a 4mm × 4mm 24-lead QFN package with an exposed pad for thermal management and low inductance. The ALS50500 from Actox is a low noise block that operates in the C-band. It accepts input frequencies from 3.4 GHz to 4.2 GHz and down-converts them to 950 to 1750 MHz (LO Frequency of 5.15 GHz with 500 kHz stability). This LNB has a conversion gain of 62 dB with a flatness of 4 dB, P1dB of 5 dBm and a VSWR of 2.5:1. It requires a supply voltage from 12 to 24 V DC and consumes 200 mA of current. This device has low noise temperature and low phase noise. It is available in a module that measures 93.3 x 99.6 x 71.5 mm with a F-type female connector and 95.3 x 99.6 x 71.5 mm with a N-type female connector at the output. 24 GHz Transceiver for Industrial Sensors & Automotive Applications

The CHC2442-QPG from UMS is a transceiver designed for signal generaion and dual reception for automotive radar applications and industrial sensors in the 24 GHz ISM band. The transceiver operates from 24 to 24.5 GHz, integrates a low phase noise VCO, Tx MPA, two Gilbert based heterodyne Rx and a switchable prescaler. 16 Port Vector Network Analyzer from 100 kHz to 20 GHz

The R&S ZNBT20 is a vector network analyzer that enables users to characterize devices under test with multiple test ports. This particular analyzer has 16 ports which enables production lines to maintain high throughput by measuring multiple DUTs in parallel. The VNA operates from 100 kHz to 20 GHz and provides the high RF performance of a two-port network analyzer at each of its test ports. It is capable of determining all 576 S-parameters of a 24-port DUT and has a dynamic range of up to 140 dB.
