The NRP Power Sensor family from R&S is range of 3-Path Diode Power Sensors that operate from 10 MHz to 33 GHz. The power sensors can be controlled via USB and LAN interfaces. They can carry out fast and accurate measurements for CW/Modulated signals and have a dynamic range from -70 to 23 dBm. The sensors can make 10,000 triggered measurements/second and up to 50,000 readings/second. They are available in three frequency configurations – 8 GHz, 18 GHz and 33 GHz.

The SPECTRAN V5 Series from Aaronia is a range of real-time, hand held spectrum analyzers that operate 1 Hz to 20 GHz. These spectrum analyzers have a real-time bandwidth of 200 MHz and can analyse the weakest signals due to low noise signal processing down to -170dBN/Hz. They have real-time streaming, ultrafast LO sweeps, high-resolution TFT touch screen display with 800x480 pixel resolution, a tracking generator and GPS. The M9485A is a multiport PXI Vector Network Analyzer from Keysight that has been designed for high-volume wireless component manufacturing of front-end modules, switches and filters used in mobile phones and base stations. It can support applications from 1 MHz to 9 GHz and provides excellent measurement speeds. This PXI VNA provides higher throughput with fewer sweeps than a VNA with a switch matrix for the same multiport device. For example, with a 24-port PXIe VNA, a 24-port device only requires 24 sweeps versus 264 sweeps with a 4-port VNA and a switch matrix. This reduces sweep time by more than 10 times, and there is no degradation in performance. The M9485A provides excellent performance with a fast speed of 5 msec at 201 points with 2-port calibration and a wide dynamic range of up to 142 dB. The VNA also delivers low trace noise (0.001-dBrms at 10 kHz IFBW) and high stability (0.005 dB/°C). When coupled with the M9485A's multiport and multi-site measurement capabilities, this level of performance helps decrease the cost of test.

The R&S FSW85 is a high-performance signal and spectrum analyzer that operates up to 85 GHz (part of the R&S FSW Series). The analyzer is ideally suited for automotive radar, 5G/other wireless standards and aerospace/defence applications. The PXIe-5644R/5645R/5646R from National Instruments is a vector signal transceivers (VST) built on FPGA technology programmable with NI LabVIEW software. The VST includes a vector signal generator, vector signal analyzer, and digital I/O in a single PXI module and operates from 65 MHz to 6 GHz. It has an instantaneous bandwidth up to 200 MHz and has 24 channels of high-speed digital I/O up to 250 Mbit/s.
