Cobham Launches Anti-Jamming GPS Solutions for Air, Land and Sea

Cobham Aerospace Connectivity has launched a full family of GPS Anti-Jam products, designed to serve multiple platforms. In 2017 Cobham announced the launch of a four-channel GPS Anti-Jam system which was compact and designed with the ability to retro-fit into space-constrained platforms. New CRFS Software Toolkit Enables Precise and Detailed RF Spectrum Analysis

Rohde & Schwarz and MediaTek have collaborated to accelerate the development of mm-Wave OTA (Over the Air) measurement technologies.

Aaronia AARTOS Anti-Drone System Used to Protect the NATO Summit in Brussels

The Belgium Police selected the Aaronia AARTOS counter-UAV system to protect the 2018 NATO Summit (in Brussels from 11-12 July) from the growing threat posed by unmanned aircraft systems. Multiple AARTOS systems were positioned at the roof of the NATO headquarter and on top of the Triumphal Arch in Brussels Jubelpark, the place where the NATO delegation had dinner. Link Microtek Develops 9-Way Radial Combiner for BAE Systems' S-Band Radar July 18, 2018

Link Microtek has designed and produced a compact high-power 9-way radial power combiner specifically for BAE Systems as part of a programme to upgrade their S-band radar transmitters by replacing the magnetrons with multiple solid-state power amplifiers (SSPAs).

Ampleon Introduces High Efficiency 250 Watt LDMOS Transistor for RF Energy Applications

Ampleon has introduced a new LDMOS RF transistor for RF energy applications. The BLC2425M10LS250 is part of its line-up of high power LDMOS RF transistors suitable for continuous wave (CW) RF energy applications. This highly efficient transistor, achieves up to 69% efficiency and is capable of providing up to 250 Watts output power in the 2400 to 2500 MHz frequency range. Its high efficiency is believed to be best in class for an LDMOS device operating in this frequency range and helps keep the need for cooling to a minimum while also lowering the energy costs of operation.
