Demonstration of Wolfspeed's CGHV1F025S-AMP4 at IMS2019

At IMS 2019, Wolfspeed demonstrated its new 40V reference design, the CGHV1F025S-AMP4. The application fixture combines two surface mount, unmatched, 25W 40V devices to provide over 50W from 4.4 - 5.0 GHz. Using Wolfspeed's proprietary technology, the fixture is ideally suited for applications such as troposcatter radio link and BLOS Satellite Communications.
