dB Control, an international defense electronics manufacturer, is debuting its first-ever virtual booth at the International Microwave Symposium virtual exhibition from 22-24 June, 2021. A team of remote engineers and experts is available online to answer questions related to dB Control’s products and capabilities. A special focus is on the company’s line of RF sources and receivers (also known as radar simulation systems) that verify whether an electronic warfare (EW) system is reliable and field-ready.
To access the event, registered attendees can login to enter the virtual lobby, and use the search bar at the top to find the dB Control booth. Once at the booth, users can chat with dB Control and view their products and datasheets. Registration is free.

Instantaneous Frequency Measurement Units
- dB-9001: 6 to 18 GHz Instantaneous Frequency Measurement Unit that can conduct pulse width measurements from 100 ns to CW. Applications of this unit include Electronic attack detection, airborne RF recorder, radars, ECM, EW threat simulation, test and measurement, antenna pattern and radar cross-section measurements.
- dB-9002 Dual IFM: Dual Channel 6 to 12 GHz Instantaneous Frequency Measurement Unit that can conduct pulse width measurements from 100 ns to CW. Applications of this unit include Electronic attack detection, airborne RF recorder, radars, ECM, EW threat simulation, test and measurement, antenna pattern and radar cross-section measurements.
Integrated Stabilized RF Sources
- dB-9003: I-band and Ka-band RF frequency source that operates from 8 – 12 GHz and 30 – 36 GHz. It has four types of modulations (AM, FM, PM, Pulse). Applications include radars, radar simulation, ECM, EW threat simulation and T&M.
- dB-9005: Ka-band RF frequency source that operates from 30 – 36 GHz. It has four types of modulations (AM, FM, PM, Pulse). Applications include radars, radar simulation, ECM, EW threat simulation and T&M.
Integrated Digital Control Unit
- dB-9004: Integrated Digital Control unit with a frequency from 6 – 18 GHz. It supports amplitude and pulse shape modulation. Applications include RF and radar simulation, radars, ECM, EW threat simulation and T&M.
Microwave Power Modules
- dB-3201: 26.5 – 40 GHz Microwave Power Modules with 125 Watts of pulsed / CW power. Applications include ECM and EW simulation.
- dB-3202: 27.5 – 31 GHz Microwave Power Modules with 200 Watts of CW power. Applications include satellite and datalink communications.
