RF-star Introduces New Low-Power WI-SUN Modules from 779 to 930 MHz

RF-star, a reliable wireless modules manufacturer & IoT solutions provider to connect the world with BLE, UWB, Matter, ZigBee, Sub-1 GHz, Thread, WiFi, WiSUN, has introduced new Wireless Smart Ubiquitous Network (WI-SUN) modules – the RF-SM-1277B1 and RF-TI1352P2, based on Texas Instruments’ TI CC1312 and CC1352 series chips. These modules are poised to deliver ubiquitous connectivity for IoT devices over a longer range.

Key Features of Wi-SUN Modules

RF-SM-1277B1 is a Sub-1 GHz module working under the 779 MHz to 930 MHz frequency, especially recognized for integration into the 868 MHz/915 MHz transmitter and transceiver. It is widely used in high requirements with long-range transmission and low power consumption. RF-SM-1277B1 will be a good choice for end devices.

RF-TI1352P2 is a multiprotocol and multi-band Sub-1 GHz (800 MHz to 928 MHz) and 2.4-GHz wireless module aimed at the low-power wireless communication and advanced sensing IoT markets. Integrating a power amplifier, this module achieves a maximum transmit power of +20 dBm in the Sub-1 GHz band, offering a longer transmission distance and stronger penetration capability. Additionally, RF-TI1352P2 can operate in the 2.4 GHz band.

Key Specifications of RF-star’s WI-SUN Modules
