Marki Microwave is set to showcase its mixer technology and product line at the upcoming European Microwave Week 2024 in Paris next week. At the event, they will unveil a new series of ultra-compact GaAs double-balanced MMIC mixers. These cutting-edge mixers are designed to deliver superior performance in up- and down-conversion applications, offering unmatched conversion loss, isolation, and spurious performance across a broad frequency range. Visitors to EuMW can explore these innovations at Booth 502J in Paris, France, from September 24–26, 2024.
Marki's new line of passive MMIC mixers features high linearity and is housed in a 2.5×2.5 mm chip scale surface mount package (CSP2), making them both lead-free and RoHS-compliant. These mixers are fully compatible with standard leaded and lead-free PCB reflow soldering processes, ensuring seamless integration into a wide array of applications. Ideal for test and measurement equipment, SATCOM, electronic warfare, and 5G networks, the CSP2 package is engineered for versatility across industries.
The current catalog of CSP mixers covers the frequency range from 6 - 86 GHz, making them suitable for both low- and high-frequency applications. Some of the key offerings include:
- MM1-0626HCSP2: Operating from 6 to 26 GHz with an LO drive of +11 to +20 dBm.
- MM1-0626SCSP2: Also covering 6 to 26 GHz with a higher LO drive of +13 to +24 dBm.
- MM1-1886HCSP2: Featuring a broader frequency range of 18 to 86 GHz with an LO drive of +13 to +24 dBm.
With its latest innovations, Marki Microwave continues to push the boundaries of mixer technology, providing industry-leading solutions that excel in performance, size, and compatibility.
