Matsing Revolutionizes LTE Deployments with New Multi-Beam Base-Station Antenna

MatSing, a leader in advanced antenna technology, has launched its innovative MS-MBA-3-T4A2 Lens Technology Enabled™ Multi-Beam Base-Station Antenna, designed to elevate 9-sector LTE cell site deployments. This cutting-edge antenna utilizes a patented spherical lens design, delivering unmatched performance and reliability for modern communication networks.

The MS-MBA-3-T4A2 operates in the low-frequency range of 617–896 MHz, incorporating three isolated, cross-polarized beams. Each beam features four cross-polarized ports, enabling support for 4x4 MIMO, which significantly enhances data throughput and network capacity. Additionally, its Remote Electrical Tilt (RET) capability allows precise tilt adjustments from 0° to 15°, optimizing signal coverage for diverse deployment scenarios.

Performance-wise, the antenna delivers exceptional results. With a gain of 18 dBi and a front-to-back ratio exceeding 28 dB, it ensures robust connectivity. The horizontal coverage spans 120°, while intermodulation is suppressed to an impressive <-153 dBc, minimizing interference. Its power rating of 150W per port supports high-demand applications, while the vertical beamwidth of 43° (3dB) and 25° (10dB) further bolsters its adaptability.

Built for durability, the MS-MBA-3-T4A2 is encased in a fiberglass radome, making it resilient in extreme conditions. It operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C and handles wind speeds of up to 150 km/hr. With dimensions of 241.8 x 93.4 x 108.4 cm (95.2 x 36.8 x 42.7 inches) and weighing 95 kg (209.4 lbs), the antenna is compact enough for efficient installation while maintaining its robust performance.

This antenna is ideal for high-demand environments, such as urban cell sites and dense public venues, where enhanced coverage and capacity are paramount. Its compatibility with pipe diameters between 6.1 and 11.4 cm simplifies deployment, ensuring versatility in installation.
