At the EuMW 2019 event in Paris, CEA-Leti is presenting its latest innovations and research in the field of microwave, millimeter wave, and terahertz systems and technologies. Company experts are at the event to discuss the latest technologies and provide guidance for customer projects. Hosted by the EuMA, EuMW 2019 is Europe’s largest event dedicated to microwave components, systems and technology. It is being held in the city of Paris, France from September 29-October 4.
Highlights of the CEA-Leti Showcase Include:
- 300mm diameter wafers with the latest technology process as Phase Change Material, GaN over Si, and SOI
- P-Link demonstration based on a plastic wave-guide concept allowing high data-rate transfer
- A transmit-array system with beamforming control.
CEA-Leti scientists will also present papers and hold technical discussion at the event.
