The Modelithics COMPLETE Library of high accuracy simulation models for RF/microwave passive and active components, now has more than 22,000 components for over 775 models from 70 companies.
Since Modelithics was founded in 2001, the company has continually increased the number of library models each year to meet the evolving needs & demands of today’s designers involved with PCB based RF & microwave circuit design. Now, with models for more than 22,000 components, Modelithics has reached a new milestone that provides designers with access to an exceptional number of models for applications across the board.
The Modelithics COMPLETE Library includes Microwave Global Models™ for capacitors, inductors, and resistors. The Microwave Global Models covers a full range of part values for a vendor component series, making them well-suited when tuning or optimization is needed. These models can be used to design filters, matching networks, and many other circuits for all types of applications. In addition to part-value scalability, Microwave Global Model scale with respect to substrates and solder pads. Also included in the Modelithics COMPLETE Library are nonlinear transistor and diode models as well as linear and non-linear models for system level components like amplifiers, filters, attenuators and couplers. These models offer features like substrate scalability, bias and temperature dependence, noise prediction and more.
Modelithics models are currently available for Keysight’s PathWave Advanced Design System and PathWave RF Synthesis (Genesys), Cadence AWR Design Environment, Ansys HFSS, Sonnet Suites, and Cadence Virtuoso Spectre RF.
