Modelithics has announced the release of version 20.7 of the COMPLETE Library for use with Keysight Technologies’ PathWave RF Synthesis (Genesys) 2020. Included in the Modelithics COMPLETE Library is the CLR Library, a large selection of highly scalable Modelithics Microwave Global Models for capacitor, inductor, and resistor families from many popular vendors for use with Genesys new Vendor Parts Synthesis (VPS) capabilities.
The COMPLETE Library includes an S-parameter Library of data models (for components not represented by scalable and/or non-linear models) along with numerous non-linear models for diodes and transistors of varied types and manufacturers. Also included is a collection of models for a range of higher-level passive and active devices such as amplifiers, filters, couplers and other “system level components.” In total, version 20.7 adds 39 new circuit simulation models representing over 4,200 individual components.
Modelithics collection of simulation models for all types of passive and active RF & Microwave devices engineered to enable designers to go from concept to product faster and easier. These models for discrete die, surface mount and packaged devices are a must-have for anyone involved in PCB-based RF & Microwave circuit or module design.
New Microwave Global models in the Modelithics CLR Library include models for AVX, Murata, and Vishay capacitor families. The release also features new models for Coilcraft, Johanson, and Murata inductor families. In addition, new ATC & Vishay resistor families are included. This release also includes new non-linear models for Schottky diodes from Skyworks new non-linear models for Mini-Circuits, Qorvo, and Silicon Supplies transistors, and substrate-scalable Microwave Global models for IMS attenuators, while the Modelithics S-parameter library was updated with new models for Mini-Circuits amplifiers.
