Aaronia AG has developed three isotropic 3D Mobile PRO antennas that are portable plug and play solutions for carrying out isotropic 3D measurements. These antennas require no software installation, no power connection and no hardware changes. They can be connected via the N (male or female) connector to any spectrum analyzer or oscilloscope.
Each IsoLOG® 3D Mobile PRO includes an internal, rechargeable battery, offering a run-time of up to 6 hours, and two switchable low noise bypass preamplifier. It has an integrated amp that allows measurements of very weak signals. Thus, when the antenna is used in bypass mode, it can still be used for high field-strength measurements. The antenna can controlled via USB or a manual antenna selection mode, requiring no USB connection.
Aaronia also integrated an ultra-fast adjustable “chopper“ function. Using special, glitch-free RF switches this feature offers an automatic endless antenna rotation/selection with a switching duration of less than 50 kHz. This feature transforms the IsoLOG 3D Mobile PRO into a fully functional 3D antenna without the need for any USB software control. By simply switching the analyzer to a max hold function, a perfect 3D measurement can be obtained in no time.
Shipped in a waterproof transport-case, accompanied by a pistol grip with tripod functionality, the scope of delivery leaves nothing to be desired.
