MegaPhase announced that Maddiel Gonzalez has accepted the new role of Vice President, Chief Technology Officer at the company. Maddiel will be a key leader of the company's operation, and continue to foster their culture of innovation, securing our position as a true leader in the ever-evolving high-reliability military and space markets.
Maddiel initially joined MegaPhase in 2017 after working for a competitor. He acted as the key designer of state-of-the-art RF connectors and cables for space, military, and commercial applications. Maddiel has over 10+ years of experience in the interconnect industry providing innovative solutions to customer challenges. Maddiel is also very involved in applications engineering, program development, and new products based on customer needs or market trends. He holds four US patents including two related to our HyperFlex™ product line.
