Transmit/Receive Module from 2.5 to 4 GHz for S-Band Radar Applications

The QPM2101 from Qorvo is a Transmit/Receive Module that operates from 2.5 to 4 GHz. It consists of a T/R switch, a transmit path which is a low loss pass through, and a receive path consisting of a low-noise amplifier, a 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA), and a driver amplifier.
