Qualcomm Incorporated, a global provider of high-performance at low-power solutions, through its subsidiary, Qualcomm Technologies, and Sequans Communications, a supplier of 4G and 5G semiconductor solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT), announced that they have completed the sale of Sequans' 4G IoT technology to Qualcomm.
