Omni-Directional Concealment Antennas for ISM, L, S, and C Bands

Southwest Antennas has added five new antenna products to its extensive concealment antenna product line, giving users additional antenna integration options for the 900 MHz ISM, L, S, and C band applications.

These slim omni-directional antennas are designed to be installed with radio equipment inside of other devices or enclosures, enabling audio, video, and data transmission without a visible antenna or wiring.

Commercial and industrial application examples for these antennas include enabling wireless communication for SCADA equipment in the 900 MHz ISM band. The 1.7 to 2.5 GHz L/S bands and 4.4 to 5 GHz C band options are useful for law enforcement surveillance applications or license-free IEEE 802.11 Wi-Fi / WLAN communication.

In addition to the small physical size, each concealment antenna features a unique on-board adjustable matching circuit, allowing Southwest Antennas to adjust the antenna feed point tuning for custom application needs and integration into a wide variety of enclosures of different sizes and configurations.

There are five new concealment antennas now available from Southwest Antennas:

  • Part # 1066-028: Omni Concealment Antenna, 902 - 928 MHz, 2.2 dBi, SMP(F) RF Connector
  • Part # 1066-029: Omni Concealment Antenna, 1.7 - 2.5 GHz, 3 dBi, SMP(F) RF Connector
  • Part # 1066-030: Omni Concealment Antenna, Dual Band 2.1 - 2.5 GHz / 4.4 - 5.0 GHz, 1.8 dBi / 3.0 dBi, U.FL RF Connector
  • Part # 1066-031: Omni Concealment Antenna, Dual Band 2.1 - 2.5 GHz / 4.4 - 5.0 GHz, 1.8 dBi / 3.0 dBi, U.FL RF Connector
  • Part # 1066-035: Omni Concealment Antenna, Dual Band 2.1 - 2.5 GHz / 4.4 - 5.0 GHz, 1.8 dBi / 3.0 dBi, SMA(m) RF Connector

These complement their existing family of omni-directional or directional concealment antennas, consisting of nearly 30 options for different use cases and configurations. Additionally, these products can be customized with different cable lengths and RF connector types for custom applications.
