PCTEL has appointed Cynthia Keith as its newest Director. An experienced audit partner and 25-year veteran of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Keith will serve on PCTEL’s Audit Committee. Prior to her retirement in 2014, she was PwC’s Operations Leader of the National Professional Services Group and Lead Engagement Partner for technology and communications clients. Keith now joins Cindy Andreotti and Gina Haspilaire as the third woman on PCTEL’s Board, which is now comprised of six independent directors in addition to CEO David Neumann.
According to PCTEL, Cynthia Keith is an exceptional business leader who will bring a new level of expertise in auditing to the company along with a deep experience working with technology and telecommunications companies. Her appointment also demonstrates PCTEL’s commitment to diversity at the highest level.
Keith has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas since May of 1993. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1988. Her appointment fills a vacancy left by Brian Jackman who retired after 16 years on the Board, including service as Chair of the Compensation Committee and Lead Independent Director.
