DragonWave-X will be showcasing its high power 18 GHz microwave solution, at IWCE 2018 in Orlando, Florida. The new Harmony EnhancedMC is DragonWave-X’s third-generation, ultra-high capacity, multi-service microwave system that provides dual-channel support and extended reach. Using the latest in GaN technology, DragonWave-X’s new all-outdoor radio offers an unparalleled 34 dBm transmit power at 18 GHz, offering 15 times more output power and 50% more reach than existing 18 GHz radios, while matching or exceeding the performance of most competing 11 GHz solutions.
The inclusion of a 10GbE port in an all-outdoor radio is another industry-first. This helps simplify multi-gigabit configurations by offering a single interface for data and management.
The High Power 18 GHz Harmony EnhancedMC will be on display with a live demo at IWCE in Orlando, Florida from March 7 - March 9.
