Southwest Antennas has announced the appointment of Rich School as its new Director of Manufacturing Engineering.
Rich has spent his career working in the field of design engineering, including time in the antenna industry and luxury yacht manufacturing. This breadth of experience gives him a deep knowledge base to draw from when it comes to delivering product manufacturing solutions for Southwest Antennas.
At Southwest’s newly opened facility, Rich will oversee the manufacturing processes, fixtures, jigs, tooling, and other production equipment and resources. As Southwest Antennas continues to grow and take on larger and more complex projects, he will ensure a smooth transition from product design into high-rate production.
