The Model 1189 from Empower RF Systems delivers 100W minimum, 125W typical PSat over 500 to 2500MHz at typical efficiencies of 45%. An industry leading, small form factor package (7.4 x 3.6 x 1.06) allows for easy integration in compact system designs. This building block module is well suited for use in defense, communications, and test applications.
