Echodyne, the manufacturer of innovative, high-performance radars for government and commercial markets, was leading multiple discussions on the importance of 3D radar for security at GSX 2019, in Chicago, IL from September 8th-12th.
Echodyne spoke throughout the show on the need for more robust 3D security solutions as drones pose increasing threats to critical infrastructure and other highly sensitive facilities. On Tuesday, September 10th, Echodyne’s VP of Marketing, Leo McCloskey spoke on the panel entitled “How Counter UAS Technologies can be employed to Augment Standard Security Solutions”. McCloskey talked about the critical role high-performance radar technology plays in the Counter-UAS space.
On Thursday, September 12th, Echodyne’s Americas Sales Director, Darrick Felise, lead a panel entitled “3D Security for a Drone World.” Echodyne was joined by Bosch, RAS Security Group, Savvux Technology Solutions, SixTech Systems, and Milestone Systems. Felise to talk with security solutions providers about how they can integrate high-performance 3D radar technology into new and deployed VMS-based security platforms.
Echodyne also showcased its products at their booth. Executives were on hand to discuss Echodyne’s latest news and achievements, such as receiving FCC authorization for their EchoGuard 3D surveillance radar, integrating radar data into VMS-based security platforms, and recent customer wins.
