The Ka-Band Block Up Converter from KMIC technology up-converts an input frequency of 900 MHz to 1550 MHz to an RF frequency of 29 to 31 GHz. It provides an output of 40 dBm (10 Watts) with a gain of 50 dB. The BUC is available in a low cost compact package that measures 10" x 6.7" x 2.13" with a Waveguide, WR-28 Output interface and N Type female connectors at the input. It is used for VSAT communications, Commercial and military satellite applications.
