The C Series C48X from Exxelia are high voltage chip capacitors with capacitance values from 27 pF to 8.2 uF. The capacitors have a working voltage (WVDC) of up to 10 kV and excellent withstanding to charge/discharge. These capacitors have a C48X (-2,200 ppm/°C) dielectric. They are available in a surface-mount package and are ideal for use in high voltage power supplies, high voltage multipliers, high-rel military and space applications.
