The BC65 from Quectel is a multi-band LTE NB-IoT Module with extremely low power consumption. It provides a complete range of SMS and data transmission services to meet client-side demands through its in-built eSIM feature. Designed to be compatible with Quectel GSM/GPRS M66, NB-IoT BC66, and BC68 modules in the compact and unified form factor, the BC65 provides a flexible and scalable platform for migrating from a GSM/GPRS to an NB-IoT network. It has a specialized PSM_EINT feature which can be easily woken up via external interrupts.
The BC65 supports a number of internet service protocols and has an in-built ADC temperature detection circuit. It is available in an ultra-compact 17.7 x 15.8 x 2.2 mm LCC package that can easily be embedded into space-constrained applications and provides reliable connectivity. The module has been designed for a wide range of IoT applications such as smart metering, bike sharing, smart wearables, smart parking, smart city, security, and asset tracking to home appliances, agricultural and environmental monitoring.
