The LE915Ax-P from Telit is a 4G LTE (Cat 4 and 6) Module that supports Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) Band 48 and LTE Bands 42 and 43 for private LTE Networks. It has an uplink data rate of up to 15 Mbps (Cat 4 and 6) and a downlink of up to 100 Mbps (Cat 4) / 200 Mbps (Cat 6). This 4G LTE module requires a DC supply from 3.1-5.5 V and can be controlled via GPIO, USB 2.0 HS/HSIC, and UART interfaces. It is integrated with TC/IP and UDP/IP stacks and supports Firmware over-the-air (FOTA) updates. It is FCC-approved and is available in a 134-pin LGA package that measures 32 x 29 x 1.6 mm. The module is ideal for oil and gas, airports and seaports, mining, venues and campuses, telemetry, and surveillance applications where private LTE networks are used.
