The SIM8260C-M2 from SIMCom is a Sub-6 GHz Multi-Band Cellular Module that supports Release 16 5G NR (NSA/SA), LTE-FDD/LTE-TDD and HSPA+. It delivers a downlink data rate of up to 2.8 Gbps (5G-NSA) and an uplink data rate of up to 900 Mbps (5G-SA). This module can be controlled via SIM (1.8/2.95 V), PCIe, USB 3.1, GPIO, PCM and I2C interfaces. It also supports L1 and L5 GNSS bands and is compatible with SIMCom’s SIM7912G and SIM8200X-M2 series modules. This module is available in an M.2 package that measures 52 x 30 x 2.3 mm and requires a DC supply from 3.135 to 4.4 V. It is ideal for high throughput data communication in a variety of radio propagation applications.
