The EQXO-75UIE is a High-Temperature Clock Oscillator that operates from 2 to 60 MHz. It has a duty cycle of 50% (±5%) and provides an LVCMOS output logic. The device requires a 2.5 V, 3.3 V or 5 V supply voltage and consumes up to 16 mA of current. It has a start-up time of less than 3 ms and a rise/fall time of less than 10 ns. The oscillator has a typical phase jitter of 150 fs and an SSB phase noise of -164 dBc/Hz at a 5 MHz offset. This ruggedized oscillator is available as a surface-mount device that measures 7 x 5 mm with a hermetic weld-sealed metal lid and is designed for demanding industrial applications.
