The XS-100 from Colby Instruments is a Programmable Delay Module that operates from 100 MHz to 3.5 GHz. This single-channel delay module uses solid-state PIN diodes that allow fast switching speeds. Faster switching speeds and a continuous signal path allow measurement without interruptions. This delay module provides a delay range of up to 10.23 ns with a minimum step size of 1 ps and has a switching speed of less than 50 ms (depending on network latency). It provides a total phase shift of up to 3686° (@1 GHz) and has a phase shift step resolution of 9° per 1 GHz.
The delay module is available in a 1U enclosure that measures 12.00 x 16.50 x 1.75 inches with Ethernet and RS-232 interfaces.
