The PmT DRO-5000 Series from Princeton Microwave Technology are Mechanically Tunable Dielectric Resonator Oscillators that operate from 12 to 18 GHz. These DROs delivers an output power of 13 dBm and have a phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz at a 100 kHz offset. They have harmonics of -20 dBc and spurious output of -60 dB. These DROs require a DC supply of 15 V and consume 75 mA of current. They are available in a module with SMA female connectors.
