The Steerwin ESA01 from Starwin is a Ka-band Electronically Steered Phased Array Antenna Terminal that operates from 27.5 to 31 GHz (Tx) and 17.7 to 21.2 GHz (Rx). It delivers a normal EIRP of over 45 dBW (at 29.25 GHz) and a gain of over 9 dB (at 19.45 GHz). This RHCP (Tx) and LHCP (Rx) polarized antenna terminal has a beam adjustment time of up to 1 ms and a tracking rate of over 20º/second. It has a scan gain loss of up to 5 dB (at off-axis angle of 60°) and side-lobe suppression of over 12 dB (at ±60° beam range). This antenna terminal has a phase noise of less than -110 dBc/Hz and a tracking accuracy of up to 0.20.
The Steerwin ESA01 supports fully electronically steered phased array beamforming. It has an integrated phased array antenna, ACU, satellite Modem, and Up & Down Converter. This antenna terminal has a solid-state circuit without any moving mechanical parts which makes it highly reliable. It can be set up easily without the need for a satellite technician for installation, cabling, connection, commission, etc. This antenna terminal supports mobile broadband connectivity under GEO, MEO, and LEO. It requires a DC supply of 48 V and consumes a maximum power of 700 W. This antenna terminal is available in a package that measures 630 x 480 x 95 mm and is ideal for land (fixed platform-COTP), mobile (vehicle & train-COTM), aero (airplane and UAV-COTM) and maritime (shipping vessels-COTM) applications.
