The 2LPL series from L3 Narda-MITEQ are frequency synthesizers that operate from 10 MHz to 15 GHz. The synthesizers provide an output power of up to 13 dBm and a spurious suppression of -60 dBc. They require a supply voltage from 7 to 28 V DC and consume less than 4 watts of power. They are available in a module that measures 2 x 2 x 0.61 inches with SMA female connectors and can operate from either external reference, or internal TCXO with stability as low as 500 PPB.
