The SC803A from SignalCore is an OCXO Disciplined Reference Source that has a selectable output of 100 MHz or 200 MHz. It has a phase noise of -168 dBc/Hz (@10 kHz offset) and a frequency stability of 20 ppb. This reference source has spurious levels of -70 dBc and 2nd harmonics of -15 dBc. It requires a DC supply of 3.3/5 V and consumes 60-320 mA of current.

This reference source can be controlled via USB, UART, and SPI interfaces. It is available in an SMT package that measures 2 x 1.25 x 0.35 inches and is ideal for PCB applications that required a reference source or frequency synthesizer with low phase noise and OCXO-grade stability. This reference source is suitable for test & measurement equipment, wireless communication equipment, PLO replacement, reference signal clean-up, network equipment, and quantum computing applications.
