The SFS2400E-LF from Z-Communications is a Fixed Frequency Synthesizer that operates at 2400 MHz. It consists of a PLL, VCO, and a reference oscillator. The synthesizer provides an output power of more than 4 dBm with a phase noise @10 kHz offset of -119 dBc/Hz. It has a second-order harmonic suppression of -18 dBc, and spurious suppression of -65 dBc. The SFS2400E-LF is available in a surface-mount module and is ideal for microwave radios, and cable tv equipment.
