The ICRF4003 from ICONIC RF is a Two-Stage LNA with an integrated Tx/Rx switch that operates from 20 to 28 GHz. This front-end module is designed on an enhanced mode 0.15µm GaAs process. It consists of an LNA, SPDT PIN switch, 50 ohm matching circuits, DC blocking and bias control circuits. The LNA provides 15 dB of gain with a noise figure of 3.5 dB. The switch provides an isolation of over 18 dB with an insertion loss of 1.3 dB. The module requires a bias control voltage of 3V. This module is ideal for 5G Phased array antenna system applications.
