The QM55001 from Qorvo is a hybrid, multi-band multi-chip RF front-end (RFFE) module for LTE (low-band/ mid-band), NB-IoT and Cat-M1 applications. It has an integrated harmonic rejection low pass filter, antenna switch, and an auxiliary Tx/Rx path. This transmit module operates over a 2.5 V supply. It is available in a 4 x 4 mm laminate package with Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) RFFE Digital Control.
