The SKY66122-11 from Skyworks is a Front End Module that operates from 863 to 928 MHz. It has been developed for high-power Industrial- Scientific-Medical (ISM) band, Wi-SUN, and other IoT applications. The FEM consists of an LNA, Power Amplifier, Tx & Rx power limiters, RF blocks that enable battery-powered operations, as well as an integrated power detector. It is matched to 50 Ohms and requires a 3-5 V supply voltage. It is available in an MCM package that measures 6.0 x 6.0 x 0.9 mm.
