The QPF4230 from Qorvo is an integrated front end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) systems. It integrates a 2.4 GHz power amplifier (PA), regulator, single pole three throw switch (SP3T), low noise amplifier (LNA) and coupler into a single device. The FEM provides a transmit gain of 33 dB, receive gain of 15 dB and has a noise figure of 2.1 dB while operating over a 3.3 V supply. It is available in a 3 x 3 mm 16-pin laminate package and is ideally suited for Access Points, Wireless Routers, Client Equipment, Customer Premise Equipment, and Internet of Things (IoT) applications.
