The SKY58254-11 from Skyworks is a Power Amplifier Module that operates from 2469 to 2690 MHz for 4G/5G-NR applications (B38, B41, and n41 bands). It consists of PA blocks, input and output matching, a MIPI standard digital control block, a single-ended filter, an antenna, Tx-Rx switches, and a forward/reverse coupler. This PAM utilizes an enhanced architecture to cover multiple bands and meets the spectral linearity requirements of CP-OFDM and DFTS-OFDM modulations with up to 100 MHz bandwidth and up to 273 resource block allocations.
