The SKY58277-31 from Skyworks is a Front-End Module (FEM) for LTE, 4G, and 5G-NR applications. It consists of PA blocks, a MIPI standard digital control block, filter, antenna, and Tx-Rx switches, and low noise amplifiers (LNA). The module covers multiple bands and meets the spectral linearity requirements of CP-OFDM and DFTS-OFDM modulations with up to 100 MHz bandwidth and up to 273 resource block allocations. It also has integrated Tx-Rx switches and integrated SRS switches for supporting Fast SRS Hoping timing requirements. The SRS input ports facilitate dual placement and enable axillary receive functionality.
The SKY58277-31 is available in a 30-pad LGA package with conformal shielding that measures 5.0 x 3.0 x 0.7 and is ideal for use in ultra-high band 4G/5G and LTE/NR applications.
