The SKY66409-11 from Skyworks is a 2.4 GHz Front-End Module for Zigbee®/Thread/Bluetooth® applications. It has an integrated Power Amplifier that delivers an output power of up to +15 dBm, an LNA with a noise figure of 2.5 dB, and a low-loss bypass path. This module has a single-ended transmit/receive interface and a switch ON/OFF time of less than 800 ns. It requires a DC supply from 1.8 to 3.6 V and consumes less than 1 μA of current in sleep mode. This module is available in a small CSP package that measures 1.25 x 1.7 x 0.35 mm and is ideal for wearables, trackers, beacons, sensor networks, home automation, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices applications.
