The SKY77590-51 from Skyworks is a transmit and receive front end module(FEM) designed for quad-band cellular handsets comprising GSM850/900, DCS1800 and PCS1900 operation and dual-band TD-SCDMA bands 34 and 39 operation. It is also used in GPRS multi slot and linear EDGE operations. It has an input/output matching impedance of 50 ohms, a power from -1 dBm to 6 dBm and a transmit harmonics below -38 dBm. It is housed in a small, 6 mm x 6 mm x 0.9 mm low profile surface mount package.
