The SKY85336-11 from Skyworks is a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6 Front-End Module. It features an integrated non-linear, high-performance 2.4 GHz PA, LNA with bypass mode, a 2.4 GHz single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch, and a logarithmic power detector. The LNA and PA disable functions ensure low leakage current in off mode. This FEM is based on Skyworks’ ICE Technology provides high efficiency and reduces energy consumption. It provides a receive gain of 15 dB, has an AM/AM distortion of 5 dB, and AM/PM distortion of 10°. The front-end modules are available in a 24-pin LGA package that measures 3 x 5 mm with fully matched input and output and is ideal for use in WLAN-enabled wireless video systems, Wi-Fi networking systems, and set-top box applications.
