The SKY85353-11 from Skyworks is a Wi-Fi 6 Front-End Module that operates at 2.4 GHz. It consists of a 2.4 GHz single-pole double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch, a 2.4 GHz high-performance low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass mode, and a non-linear PA. This FEM also has a logarithmic power detector to provide closed-loop power control within the system. It has a receive gain of 15 dB, an AM/AM distortion of 5 dB, and an AM/PM distortion of 10 degrees. This module has LNA and PA disable functions to ensure low leakage current in off mode and an integrated logarithmic power detector to provide closed-loop power control within the system.
The SKY85353-11 is available in a 24-pin LGA package that measures 3 x 5 mm and is ideal for Wi-Fi 6 networking systems & set-top boxes and WLAN-enabled wireless video system applications.
