The ACM1840 from KRATOS General Microwave is an Integrated Microwave Assembly that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. The assembly consists of an attenuator, amplifier, switch, and a low pass filter. The amplifier provides a P1dB of 6 dBm and has a gain of 7 dB. The attenuator has an attenuation range of 90 dB and a resolution of 0.2 dB. The switch provides isolation of over 70 with a switching speed of up to 25 nsec and supports TTL control logic.
The assembly requires a DC supply from -15 to +15 V and consumes up to 700 mA of current. It is designed using an optimum construction technology and provides precise control of signal amplitude and pulse modulation over a high dynamic range with very fine resolution. This microwave assembly measures 14.37 x 5.55 x 2.06 mm with K-type Female connectors and is ideal for use in simulators and ATE systems.
