The ALLIANCE from SOLiD is a Multi-Operator 5G Distributed Antenna System (DAS) that operates from 3700 to 3980 MHz. This modular, multi-operator DAS solution supports public safety communications, 2-way radio, and commercial wireless services -all delivered over a single fiber and common headend. It provides a flexible system architecture where any ALLIANCE remote can operate in the same system.
This DAS Solution features remote optical units with power classes from sub-1W to 2W, 5W, 20W, and 40W, all driven by the same headend over a single strand of fiber. It consists of edgeROU, N2ROU, MROU, HROU, and MPROU remotes that can be connected to a common iBIU headend to solve any coverage requirement. This unique modular platform allows users to provide in-building wireless coverage and capacity with the option of adding bands or sectors in the future when required. Modularity also protects investments from technological changes like the 4G to 5G migration by enabling incremental changes to avoid rip and replace scenarios.
The ALLIANCE DAS has the option for add-on units covering either SISO 7/8/17/19 or Auction 110 MIMO (3450-3550 MHz). Its modular amplifiers cover every band used for commercial cellular communications, private networks, two-way radio, paging, and public safety applications.
