The ASL1024P5 from Aelius is a X-band low noise amplifier that operates from 8.8 to 10.2 GHz. The LNA uses 3 stages of amplification and provides a gain of 28 dB, P1dB of 10 dBm with a noise figure of 1.5 dB. It is available in a 32 lead 5 x 5 x 1 mm, surface mount QFN package and is ideal for radar, military, test equipment and sensor applications.
